PARIS (Dow Jones)--French oil major Total SA (TOT) Wednesday confirmed that a week-long strike at its French refineries has ended, excluding its Dunkirk plant, and that fuel station deliveries resumed in the afternoon.
Workers voted to return to work after Total pledged Tuesday to neither close nor sell plants in France, excluding Dunkirk, for the next five years.
Workers at the Dunkirk refinery have been on strike since Jan. 12.
